Would you like a side of rolls with your ham hocks?

This has to be one of my favorite pictures ever. Oh how I love my chubby little Corabelle!

Sweet Giggles

Outside Fun

Emma is a true outdoors girl, she LOVES to play outside and would stay out all day if she could. The very first thing that comes out of her mouth in the morning is "Mommy, let's put on our shoes and our jackets and go outside!"

She's All Smiles

Little Lambs

We got the girls these lambs for Easter and Emma has to take hers everywhere with her and she calls it her "lamby". She always puts Cora's in her crib with her so she can have it when she sleeps.

Nail Polish Head

I guess I need to make sure the lid is on tight before I leave the room for 10 seconds. Having a toddler is definitely never boring!

I have a new muffin man version that I have to add to Emma's list.
Do you know the muffin ottoman.....it lives on the carpet. She cracks me up.

Do You Know The Muffin Emma?

Emma has been singing the Muffin Man constantly for about a month now. She must have been getting bored with the original version so she has started making up her own words to the song. The first one she said was, "Do you know the muffin bunny....he lives inside the woods". Here are some more versions that I have heard in the past week:
Do you know the muffin Tucker.....he lives in Katy's house.
Do you know the muffin water......it lives inside a cup.
Do you know the muffin cherry.....it lives inside Emma's mouth.
The best one of all came after Emma opened an Easter card from her Great Grandma Jody, who she calls GG. First she asked me where she lived and when I told her Illinois, this is what she sang:

Sorry about the wind and crazy panting dog, hopefully you can hear it.

3 Months Old!

Cora continues to be a wonderful little baby! She is such a sweetheart and hardly ever cries (except when someone else watches her and she won't take a bottle). :) She loves to "talk" and smile and is sleeping through the night. We don't have a Dr.'s appt. this month but she is very long and weighs around 16 lbs. - yikes! She is quite the chunky monkey but I sure love to kiss those chubby little cheeks!

A Very Happy Easter

These pictures make me laugh. This is Emma taking a bite of coconut cream pie and then realizing that she does NOT like coconut. She even made me scrape the coconut off of her tongue.

Girl Talk

Easter Egg Hunt

We went to our Church Easter Egg Hunt this morning. Emma really surprised me with how fast and competitive she was with finding eggs. There were so many people there and it felt like complete chaos, but we had a lot of fun. Emma especially enjoyed the Easter Bunny and Cow that were there.
- Okay, after watching this I just have to add that it is NOT me yelling "Go baby go". :)

Boogie 'til the cows come home

Emma decided that she just had to dance with the cow. She cried when we had to leave because she wanted to stay with her new friend.

My New Stroller

I did tons of research on finding a good double stroller. I found this one that fits Cora's carseat and the back seat comes out so that Emma is able to stand or sit on a little bench if she wants. This makes it so she can get in and out when she wants. I took it to the zoo for our first outing and loved it! Emma was able to hop up and sit on the bench while we were walking and could jump down when she wanted to get closer to the animals. Thanks again for the great gift Grandma Julie!!!

A New Discovery

Over the past couple weeks Cora has started to discover what her hands can do. She loves to chew on them, hold them in front of her face and look at them in amazement and grab onto toys.

A GREAT Great Grandpa

Here is my Grandpa with 3 of his many, many great-grandchildren.

Emma & Lillian

This is my cousin's daughter Lillian, she was born 4 days before Emma. Check out the size difference, it just makes me laugh!
