Dance Party!

Emma has decided that we need to have a dance party every morning - it sure has been a fun way to start the day!

If You're Happy And You Know It Clap Your Hands

A Rainbow Of Shoes

Emma decided to get out the bag full of all her old shoes and play with them. She has been obsessed with putting them on her hands (since they don't fit on her feet) and lining them up. Whatever keeps her entertained!

Crawling Cora

The Purple Cake

If you remember a video from a while back, Emma was talking about making a purple cake. I have no clue where she got the idea from but she continued talking about it after the video was taken. I finally got around to making a cake with purple frosting with her this weekend. She was so excited!

Kentucky

We took a little vacation to KY for the 4th of July. We had a great time! Believe it or not, we drove. I was very nervous to how the girls would do in the car for that long but they did WONDERFUL!!! Emma did get car sick before we even got to KC so we were worried she would be throwing up the entire trip but thank goodness it only happened once. Both girls had a blast in the swimming pool and Emma enjoyed playing with her cousin Glynnis.

Little "C" & Big "C"

You would never guess that these two are 4 months apart! Talk about the two extremes on the growth chart.

Friends

I love watching the relationship develop between my two girls. Cora just adores Emma, her face just lights up every time she sees her. Watch the video below and you will see how much Emma loves to make Cora laugh.

6 Months Old!

I can't believe how fast she is growing! Cora is able to sit up on her own and is getting very close to crawling. We tried her on solids a few weeks ago but she just wasn't ready yet so we'll try again tomorrow. She is also getting close to cutting her first tooth but she has just been extra "chewy" during teething and not very fussy at all. Let's hope it stays that way!
