Emma's latest obsession has been buckles. She will carry this chair around the house and try so desperately to buckle herself in. She also knows where we keep her infant car seat in the basement and likes to go down there to try and buckle herself in that. The funniest thing though is that she uses a dog collar as a "belt" and wraps it around her waist and will spend several minutes trying to buckle it. If we help her with it she gets upset of course, little Miss Independent.

That's so cute! It was so fun to see my bunguses this weekend! We HAVE to get together more often-I don't realize just how much I miss you guys until we get together!
Um, are you sure she isn't pooping? Just kidding, that's really cute and smart of her! Oh, and you might just want to install buckles on her potty chair when she's ready, it may make it a lot easier for you! :)
Hmm, I remember being so jealous that I could (un)buckle Aric's carseat but not my own. It's a wonder he survived.
